Oakmerefield Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") operates the website oakmerefield.com. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used and the rights available to visitors under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

- Contact form submissions — name, email address and phone number voluntarily submitted through the contact page.
- Server logs — IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited and timestamps. Logs are retained for 90 days and used solely for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis.
- Cookies — a single preference cookie records whether the visitor has accepted or rejected the cookie banner. No tracking or advertising cookies are deployed.
Use of Data
Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to enquiries. It is not shared with third parties, sold or used for marketing purposes. Server logs are analysed in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and detect abuse.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are deleted within 12 months of the last correspondence. Server logs are purged after 90 days.
Your Rights
Under the PDPA, individuals may request access to or correction of personal data held by the organisation. To exercise these rights, email hello@oakmerefield.com with the subject line "PDPA Request". Requests are processed within 30 business days.
